Did my own custom salad from the food truck, and didn't really know how much calories or carbs, etc. it had.
Googled it, of course.
Found this-

It lets you put in ingredients and then basically get a nutrition label from it.
Thanks InterWeb!!!

My Brain Is Alive!?!
I was told my brain needed 100g of carbohydrates a day to function.
While that does explain some things, further reading shows me that super-low carb diets (20-50g a day) have the best blood sugar results.
Dead people are not afflicted by the same problems as the living, that's for sure.
Or maybe they are just brain dead, and are running the government instead...
Or our TV programming....
Either way, found a website by a guy that seems to know what he's talking about, based on the first few paragraphs.

Comments later, I guess.

Mayday! 2017
Last week I my A1C score was apparently bad. My doctor put me on a carb-restricted diet, and some sort of medication which is supposed to give you the runs.
I was so excited, decided to bith about it here.
And also track all my stupid food and other stupid stuff, because I really hate the idea of poking myself with a needle for the next 200 years (or less).
So here it goes:
